5. Our Verification Commitment and the 11-Digit Code


  • Finovium's Responsibility: As your Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), it is our responsibility to ensure that your identity is successfully verified by our third-party partner and that all required verification data is correctly uploaded to the Companies House ACSP portal.
  • Issuance of Verification Code: Once we have successfully uploaded your data, Companies House will issue your unique 11-digit Companies House personal code directly to the email address you provided during registration.
  • Fulfilling Your Obligations: This 11-digit code is your permanent identifier. It is your responsibility to use this code to link your verified identity to your specific roles (such as a director or PSC) on the Companies House register to fulfil your legal obligations under the ECCTA 2023.
